Misrah Simar Complex in Qala Gozo started being build in 2008 but was fully finished towards the end of 2010. Most of the accommodation in the complex has been furnished by the owners in mid 2011.

Misrah Simar is possibly the nicest residential complex in Gozo. It consists of two interconnecting blocks totalling twenty eight three-bedroom and eight two-bedroom self-catering apartments beautifully built around an internal courtyard. These are serviced by two elevators. The complex has two outdoor swimming pool at the back with ample space for sunbathing.
